Description
English: Control H9C2 cells were incubated with 4 µM of cell permeant Fluo-4 AM in dark for 30 mins and kept under confocal microscope and images were taken in time series mode of about 0.2 secs for 15 mins. Control cells maintain ΔΨm by accumulating Ca2+ both in the cytosol and the mitochondria.
