Description
English:

Preserved biological specimen on paper.

Preserved Specimen On A3 Paper With A Printed Label Identifying It In The Bottom Right Corner. The Paper Is Mounted On A Larger Cardboard And Covered With Plastic Which Is Sealed To The Board. There Are Three Samples On The Page. There Are Two Complete Plants On The Page. Both Have A Section Of Roots Which Lead To A Thin Stem. One Has Eight Leaves Attached And Seven Flowers At The Apex. Some Of Them Are Still Closed. The Other Sample Is Larger And It Bent To Fit The Page. It Has Fourteen Leaves Of Different Sizes Attached. There Are Flowers At The Apex, But Individual Flowers Also Line The Top Third Of The Stem. There Are Twelve Flowers In All On This Sample. The Last Sample Is The Shortest And Does Not Appear To Have Any Roots. It Has Twelve Leaves And Two Flowers At The Apex. There Is A Pencil Inscription Next To The First Sample Which Reads 'Abbot Hill 10-2-19'.
