| Description |
English: Entrance to Shoe Lane. Shoe Lane is a pedestrian link from Bridge Street to "The Maltings" (Theatre and Arts Centre, also the venue for the local Farmers' Market) and the town centre. There was a shoe-factory here, with a retail outlet. A piece of the original machinery is on display in the Lane 1240489. Sallyport Gallery is named after the lane on the opposite side of the street 1240368. |
