Description
English: LS174T cells were transfected with pEGFP-PKCδ and a mucin reporter construct (pmRuby2-MUC2CK; Red) using lipofectamine 2000. Nuclei were also stained using NucBlue. After 24 h, the cells were stimulated with 1μM PMA as a positive control for PKCδ activation.
