English: Migration of human monocytes towards CXCL12β. Freshly isolated monocytes from blood of healthy donors were plated on glass bottom cover slips coated with Poly-D-lysine and VCAM-1. CXCL12β (100 nM) was dispensed from a micropipette with constant backpressure. Time-lapse video was recorded at 10 seconds interval with DIC optics at 63× magnification. 1 representative video of three is shown. DiVX software should be used to open and play this video. |
