This ITTT video outlines the structure of the Present Perfect Continuous tense, the tense that is used for events which started in the past and are still continuing, or which have stopped, but whose effects are still ongoing. This one of two videos -- this one focuses on the structure of the positive and negative forms.

Positive form: subject + auxiliary verb 'have'/'has' + been + present participle

I have been working for ten years.

Negative form: subject + auxiliary verb 'have'/'has' + not +been + present participle

She has not been working here for some time.
