Português: O tema da quinta edição do programa virtual “Em Pauta” é Avanços e Retrocessos do Direito Penal na Pandemia. Iniciativa da Unidade Nacional de Capacitação do Ministério Público (UNCMP), o programa promove palestras sobre assuntos relevantes para a comunidade jurídica.
A palestrante convidada é a doutora em Direito Penal e professora da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie Patrícia Vanzolini. A especialista explica: “O tema é importante porque esse cenário atual anômalo que vivemos acabou modificando algumas práticas e algumas dessas modificações podem e devem ser mantidas depois desse período – e outras não. Outras realmente têm caráter excepcional e, portanto, não devem ser mantidas. É importante que nós façamos uma avaliação de quais dessas práticas são benéficas, positivas, e quais não são.” |
