Description
English: ΔmglBA M. xanthus time-lapse in methylcellulose. This movie shows the motility observed in ΔmglBA M. xanthus in methylcellulose, showing a decrease in gliding rates and the oscillating phenotype. Microscopy was performed as described in the Methods.
