| Description |
English: An eastbound Edinburgh Trams tram, seen in the final months of testing/training, bound for York Place terminus. It's seen here in the Haymarket Yards area, at the end of the permanent way portion of the line, after which they run on streets into the city centre. The transition is marked by the double-yellow line bottom right - it's at this point that the tram joins Haymarket Yards (the street). The concrete apron only runs the short distance from here to the eastern end of the Haymarket Yards tram siding, just about visible at the back of the tram. On the other side of the fence is the mainline railway. |
