  • Significance: The Farley and Loetscher Manufacturing Company Annex is historically significant in its association with one of Dubuque's largest manufacturing firms, although its 1917 construction date places it late in the milieu of the company's development. Architecturally, the building is a well proportioned and typically detailed representative of the concrete/masonry structures built in Dubuque's industrial district.
