English: Fluorescent recovery after photobleaching. In Video S4, photobleaching was performed in the cytosol (within the red circle of Fig. 2B). Rapid fluorescence recovery is observed in the later case but not in the former. The arrow points to the area that is going to be bleached and the movie stops for a few seconds just before bleaching. |
