Description
English: Alternating TIRFM and WF measurements of HIV assembly and budding in a HeLa cell transfected with pCHIV and pCHIVeGFP. A single frame from this movie is shown in Figure 1. Data were collected at a rate of 0.6 frames/s for a total duration of 1∶57 hr∶min.
