Description
English: Motions described by low frequency normal modes. Representation of a 2Å MRMS (mass weighted root mean square) displacement along modes 7 to 9. The PlyC complex structure is colored by the magnitude of the fluctuations contributed by each mode, where blue tubes represent rigidity, white tubes represent moderate flexibility and red tubes highlight the most mobile regions.
