Description
English: Tuberculosis (TB) can be resistant to one drug, two drugs, or more drugs. The more resistant TB is, the greater the challenge it is to treat TB. CDC scientists have found that a greater proportion of drug-resistant TB is transmitted from person-to-person instead of drug-resistance being acquired over the course of therapy.
