English: Drowned Trees These old tree stumps show where the former forest was drowned, when the Bradan and Lure Dams were built to create a single reservoir. Easily visible with the water level so low, the trees continue into the loch beyond the current waterline. This view looks towards the Lure Dam, in the next square NX4097. |
