Description
English: Elimination of male A6 and A7 cells in Abd-BFab7-1 mutants. Movie from ∼36–50 h APF, in which posterior compartments are marked with hh-RFP (in red) and cell membranes with zcl22-GFP (in green). See how in the Abd-BFab7-1 homozygous male pupa both the A6 and A7 disappear while the A5p moves posteriorly to contact the genitalia (at the top). See also Figure 2E–E″.
