English: No doubt about it: The Yakima River Canyon is beautiful.
Beautiful, on a cinematic scale, as this recent aerial footage shows. The river canyon managed by the BLM boasts 27 miles of rolling desert hills – a favorite spot to view bighorn sheep – and 2,000-foot-tall basalt cliffs that cradle the central Washington river. This quadcopter video is from the Umtanum Bridge site, one of four BLM campgrounds on the river.
