English: Drain outflow All that this lovely stone-work, just above Goytsclough Quarry, seems to do is hide the outlet for a 6 inch (15 cm) drainpipe. But given it's proximity to the quarry and the fact that there used to be a lot of coal-mining in the area, I wonder whether there was, originally, another purpose for it. |
