Description
English: This is the extended wedge labiaplasty technique, as performed by Dr. Oppenheimer. This surgery is used to reduce the size of the labia minora, which can be enlarged from birth, or due to hormonal factors, childbirth, and intercourse. The patient is under twilight anesthesia and nerve blocks, so the procedure is not painful.
