([4] unnumbered pages : cadastral data, annotations ; 43 cm, folded to 28 x 12 cm). "At the Auction Mart, Tokenhouse Yard, Lothbury, in the city of London, on Wednesday, the 13th day of July, 1870, at one o'clock prescisely.
