| Description |
English: Dixton Farm The farm is surrounded with improved grassland, but in an area formerly associated with both coal mining and iron smelting. The area now occupied by the Lugar Council Offices (NS590215) being the former site of the iron works. The main farming interest appears to be cattle. Waste bings from the former mining activities are found on the opposite side of the road from the farm entrance. |
