Description
English: GFP-Las17 (Green) and Abp1-tdimer2 in Strain YJC6179 Includes an example of GFP-Las17, expressed under control of the GAL1 promoter, moving off the membrane with Abp1-tdimer2 (arrowhead). 2.5X speed. Video speed 5 frames/s. Data collected at 1 frame every 2 s. Red and green channels were collected sequentially at 1-s intervals.
