Description
English: Supplementary Movie 3 Protrusion dynamics of HT1080-Scrambled (Sc) control, Synaptotagmin7 (Syt7)-knockdown (KD), and Rab27a-knockdown cells within the CAM. High resolution in vivo images were taken every 2 min for 1 h to compare protrusion dynamics. Note the unpolarized, protrusive phenotype of KD cells.
