Description
English: Supplementary Movie 5 In vivo two-photon functional imaging of visually evoked neuronal activitiy 500 μm below pia without and with AO correction. Two photon time lapse images of GCaMP6s-expressing neurons 500 μm below pia in the visual cortex of a transgenic mouse that is presented with five repetitions of a drifting-grating stimulus set. The corrective wavefront is measured at the image location.
