Português: No dia 27/11/2013, a Comissão Nacional da Verdade e as Comissões estadual e municipal de São Paulo entraram na área onde funcionou a Oban e o Doi-Codi do II Exército, entre 1970 e 1977, na rua Tutoia, em São Paulo, para realizar o reconhecimento formal do local como um centro de tortura, morte e desaparecimento de pessoas. A visita visa acelerar o tombamento do conjunto para que no local seja erguido um memorial em homenagem às vítimas da ditadura. No local, 52 pessoas foram assassinadas, muitas ainda desaparecidas.
A diligência teve a presença do Secretário de Segurança de São Paulo, Fernando Grella Vieira, do Secretário de Cultura de São Paulo, Marcelo Araújo, e de seis ex-presos políticos que, neste vídeo, contam às autoridades e peritos da CNV presentes o inferno que se passava no Doi-Codi do 2º Exército, no bairro do Paraíso, em São Paulo. A CNV está preparando um laudo de reconhecimento de local para atestar formalmente que aqueles edifícios hoje ocupados por três diferentes áreas da Polícia Civil de São Paulo integravam o Doi-Codi de SP, o maior centro de tortura do país, por onde se estima terem passado 5.000 pessoas.
