Description
English: Time-lapse sequence of an E8.0 linear heart tube imaged for Ca2+ transients by confocal microscopy. The transients were visualized by staining with Rhod-2 and are shown with a spectrum LUT with bluer colors being dimmer and redder colors being brighter. The scale bar represents 100 microns. Also see Figure 3.
