Description
English: Time-lapse movie of brightfield, GFP, and merged channels of an E7.75 embryo. The egg cylinder is orientated with the distal end toward the bottom, the proximal end toward the top and the forming rostral aspects facing the viewer. Hex-GFP labels cells of the endoderm. The scale bar represents 100 microns and the time in culture is shown at the bottom as hours:minutes. Also see Figure 1.
