Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Tin Bider crater in Algeria, a large impact crater that was featured in Earth as Art 3. I chose to view the crater in Landsat's infrared bands, making it more colorful and displaying the interesting geology of this bit of desert. Crop of a Landsat 7 image, desktop size (1280x1024). US Public Domain, free for commercial or non-commercial use. Attributions should be made to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
