Italiano: Lo strumento è costituito da un’ampolla di vetro graduato, appesantita da piombo in pallini, munita di cannula e bulbo termometrico con scala 0-30° C e scala densimetrica. Si usava per determinano la densità del siero e, indirettamente, la quantità di acqua eventualmente aggiunta al latte. È contenuto in una custodia cilindrica di cartone (cm lungh. 32; diam. 3). |
