Description Declaración de los derechos del hombre y del ciudadano, en treinta y cinco artículos, de fecha 10 de agosto de 1793. Los firmantes del texto son Collot d'Herbois, Durand de Maillane, Ducos, Meaulle, Delacroix, Gossuin y Laloy. El marco que rodea el texto está hecho de hojas de roble y manojos de lictores. Está coronado por un cartucho con dos genios que coronan el símbolo del Ser Supremo y sostienen una piel de oso, debajo del cual hay un trofeo que consta de hojas de roble, un hacha, un garrote. y un bulto de lictor con gorro frigio. Debajo del texto, otro trofeo compuesto por aletas, hierros rotos y banderas. Imágenes de cobre en color, publicadas "en París, en los ciudadanos de Esnauts y Rapilly, rue Saint-Jacques, en la ciudad de Coutances, n° 259".
