Illustrator Le Clerc. His collaboration with "Journal des voyages" began at N°928 1rst serie (August 21 1895) and finished at N°641 of 2d serie (March 14 1909). I found no sign of illustration after this date. The copyright situation of this work is theoretically uncertain, because in the country of origin copyright lasts 70 years after the death of the author, and the date of the author's death is unknown. However, the last work known of the author is 109 years old, and it is thus a reasonable assumption that the copyright has expired
