Description
English: Stress granules must complete formation before dispersal. HeLa cells were transfected with pcherry-G3BP using Effectene. Cells were treated with 0.05 mM darinaparsin for 30 minutes, washed with serum-free media twice, then incubated in complete media for recovery.
