Description
English: ATP bound to AAA domain 2 with ADP bound to AAA domain 3 and 4. Magnesium and sulfate also present. Movement represents the conformational changes from ATP bound to AAA 2 and ADP bound to AAA 3 to ADP bound to both AAA 3 and 4 and ATP bound to AAA2. Tension builds as the motor prepares to hydrolyse ATP in the AAA 2 domain in anticipation for the powerstroke.

Movimiento representa cambios de conformación entre ATP atado a AAA 2 con ADP atado a AAA 3 y ADP atado a AAA 3 y 4 con ATP atado a AAA2.
