  • Significance: Seventh Street viaduct is one of a group of twelve Los Angeles River Bridges eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. Built over an existing bridge, the viaduct provided a route for automotive and trolley traffic over busy railroads. The City shared the cost of the bridge with the Los Angeles Railway Company who operated the trolley.
