Notes
  • Significance: This small frame house is the newer of the 2 still standing at the Dimmick Ferry site. The 1 1/2 story structure is clapboard with slate roof and appears to have been built about 1850. It is very similar to the Upper Delaware Valley type. The building is located in the Tocks Island Reservoir Project Area and will be innundated.
