  • Significance: This house was constructed prior to the year 1900 and is one of the oldest houses in the Campbell Park Historic District. It was originally constructed as a single family residence. Although this house is quite old, it is identified as a "distracting" structure within the district. No outstanding architectural or historical features have been identified.
