Notes
  • Significance: The Keefe-McDerby Mine ditch is a representative example of mining activities in the Folsom area. The ditch is important in local history because it predates the Natomas Ditch that provided water for most of the dry diggings around Folsom. The Keefe-McDerby Min Ditch provided water for the dry diggings at Willow Springs Hill; the ditch is part of the historic mining landscape of the Willow Springs Mining District and may be considered an eastern extension of that historical district.
