English: LIBI_00019_00191; This item is an original albumen cabinet card (card-mounted photograph) with a photograph of Curly, in bust profile view, wearing an earring in his right ear and braids wrapped in fur. The photograph of the Custer scout is 4 1/2 x 6 1/2" mounted and was produced circa 1890 by David F. Barry. On the front, a caption reads, "Curley/General Custer's Scout and only survivor of that Horrible Massacre of 1876."
