English: Сonfocal image of cortical microtubules net in epidermal cells of transgenic 4-day old Arabidopsis thaliana hypocotyls expressing green fluorescent protein-tagged microtubules-binding domain (GFP-MBD) (Marc et al., 1998; Mathur and Chua, 2000). Image was documented with a Zeiss 710 confocal laser scannig microsope (CLSM) platform (Carl Zeiss, Germany) at the Centre of the Region Haná for Biotechnological and Agricultural Research, (Olomouc, Czech Republic) by the research fellow of the "Institute of Food Biotechnology and Genomics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" (Kyiv, Ukraine). Laser line used for GFP exitation – Ar 488 nm. The sum image represents maximum intensity projection of Z-stacks series reconstructed in Zeiss Zen 2012 software. Scale bar: 10 um. |

Конфокальна мікрофотографія кортикальних мікротрубочок в епідермальних клітинах гіпокотилів чотириденних трансгенних рослин Arabidopsis thaliana, що експресують зелений флуоресцентний білок, сполучений з доменом зв'язування з мікротрубочками (GFP-MBD) (Marc et al., 1998; Mathur and Chua, 2000). Зображення було отримано за допомогою лазерного скануючого конфокального мікроскопа Zeiss 710 (Carl Zeiss, Germany) у Центрі біотехнологічних та сільськогосподарських досліджень регіону Хана (м. Оломоуц, Чеська Республіка) науковим співробітником ”Інститут харчової біотехнології та геноміки НАН України” (м. Київ, Україна). Для збудження флюорофору GFP було використано аргоновий лазер з довжиною хвилі 488 нм. Сумарне зображення являє собою накладання серії оптичних зрізів (так званих Z-стеків). Масштаб мікрофотографії: 10 мкм.
