Description
English: The movie combines information from three different scans of the lung sample. First, a low resolution electron density volume is shown with 270 nm voxel size. The removal of the low resolution volume reveals a higher resolution electron density volume with 60 nm voxel size. Overlaid with the electron density map is the map of iron concentration in the sample (shown in color).
