Description
English: Data to Care is a public health strategy that provides a framework for health departments who want to use HIV surveillance data to identify people with HIV and link them to medical care and other services. This video shows a presentation on understanding the decision process for sharing personally identifiable information on persons living with HIV (PLWH) with agencies outside of the health department.
