Português: Alguns neurônios podem ser mais excitáveis que outros? Quem responde essa pergunta é o pesquisador Victor Hugo de Moraes, que faz parte do grupo do Laboratório de Movimento da UFRJ e do CEPID Neuromat. Nesta terceira parte da entrevista, Moraes fala sobre a relação do tempo de resposta para a execução de um tarefa através do sistema corticoespinhal e sua relação com a teoria do cérebro estatístico. Além disso, o pesquisador fala de perspectivas futuras no uso da técnica de estimulação magnética transcraniana.
