Nesta terceira parte da entrevista, Moraes fala sobre a relação do tempo de resposta para a execução de um tarefa através do sistema corticoespinhal e sua relação com a teoria do cérebro estatístico. Além disso, o pesquisador fala de perspectivas futuras no uso da técnica de estimulação magnética transcraniana.
