Description
English: Wide-field TIRFM image of RPA-eGFP bound to a double-tethered ssDNA curtain. The ssDNA curtain was made using 1 µM zig-zag barriers, which were used to control the distance the adjacent ssDNA molecules. The ssDNA is unlabeled and the protein is shown in green.
