Description
English: Trajectory of the Ile-peptide in the water-cyclohexane system (10 ns). The cyclohexane is orange, water red and white, the peptide backbone is colored pink, and the side chain atoms are colored as follows: nitrogen blue, oxygen red, carbon cyan and hydrogen white.
