English: Fluorescence recovery after photobleaching of YscC-mCherry. To reduce background levels, the displayed frames are walking averages of three 40 ms exposed frames each (except the bleach frame). After photobleaching with a 20 ms frame of a tightly focused laser beam, the frame rates were: 10 × 2 s, 10 × 4 s, 10 × 6 s, 10 × 10 s, 10 × 15 s, 10 × 20 s. |
