Description
Português: A senadora Simone Tebet (MDB-MS) apresentou uma proposta que inclui no Código de Processo Penal a proibição de perguntas e provas sobre o comportamento de vítimas de violência sexual (PL 1888/2021). O projeto foi inspirado no caso da blogueira Mariana Ferrer, que durante audiência, teve fotos questionadas pelo advogado do acusado pelo estupro, e em pesquisas que apontam subnotificação de crimes sexuais baseada em medo da exposição da vida privada.
