Description
English: Cartoon depicting Eduard Clam-Gallas, an Austrian general suffering a defeat during Austro-Prussian War in July 1866. According to the artist, he carries some secret plans (cs: tajné plány) in his briefcase while heading to Belgium (cs: do Belgie). The cartoon itself is headed "Illustration to a folk song" (cs: Ilustrace k písni národní)
