Summary
[edit]DescriptionCircular Road, Dromore - geograph.org.uk - 1354353.jpg |
English: Circular Road, Dromore The Circular Road was constructed in the 19th century presumably to save Dromara bound travellers the steep climb up Meeting Street. It remains a busy road today with three large housing developments at its other end. The housing to the left was built in the late '70s to replace and older row of dwellings. There was also a factory between the pink houses and the brick terrace - which closed in 1976, and was demolished in the early 2000s. |
