English: Supplementary Movie 3 Time-lapse videomicroscopy was performed from 24 h p.i. with CTL2 (MOI 0.5)
using MCF7 p53-Venus reporter cells expressing pMT-p53-Venus and pEF1α-mCherry-53BP1 imaged in the presence of 10 μg/ml chloramphenicol. Infected cells are denoted by the inclusions evident in brightfield. The failure of the inclusions to expand after addition of chloramphenicol highlights the efficacy of this bacteriostatic antimicrobial. The interval between frames captured was 20 min and the duration is as indicated. Playback speed is 10 frames per second. |
