Description
English: “Cringe” response to sudden, homogenous rise in attractant concentration. Dictyostelium cells transfected with GFP-lifeact were allowed to migrate randomly without stimulus, then cAMP was suddenly and globally added, causing a sudden redistribution of actin to the cell perimeter.
